NO SMOKING POLICY
Elbowtechnology prohibits smoking on site as a matter of fact where smoking may be carried out, it has to be done at a designated are.
Hazardous areas should be marked with a NO SMOKING sign conspicuously placed.
WASTE MANAGEMNT POLICY
The company shall comply with the client environmental laws for the handling of storage and shipping or generated hazardous waste.
In all cases, the most stringent enforcement policy shall prevail.
Elbowtechnology site safety officer shall write and distributed a site waste management plan, determine what hazardous waste will be generated and make recommendation to project manager as to ways of reducing or eliminating waste.
SAFETY SEAT BELT POLICY
All drivers must be qualified and licensed. The driver and front seat passenger must wear seat belt. Safety belt shall be worn and used by all company personnel working six feet above working platform.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY
Drug taken without trained first aider’s prescription amounts to abuse. Therefore, on no account shall drugs be taken without the consent and under the administration or a trained first aider.
Drinking, storage and use or alcohol within the perimeter or our site is prohibited. To this end, the management will discipline appropriately employees and contractor staff who flaunt the stipulations of this policy.
No personnel are permitted to consume alcohol on site or company property, this shall result in immediate dismissal.
Possession of hard drugs and alcohol on client or company property shall result in immediate dismissal.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS POLICY
In order to pursue mutually beneficial relation with the host community, Elbow Technology Ltd. As a matter of fact, shall carry out the following:
Continually assess and abate the social and economic impact of all business activities by taking needed preventive measures.
Liaise with the Client representative in handling community problem that may arise.
Represents the company along with managing Director or his representative in Clients organized cashes Forum.
Respond to Formal host Community request in an appropriate and timely manner.
